We accept payment by Debit and Credit cards, personal Sterling or US$ cheque or wire transfer into our bank. Please note that we are not able to accept AMEX.
All shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer and will be charged at cost.There is no charge for packing unless it is a particularly large or delicate items which requires custom crating.
For higher vaule items, we prefer to use a courier for delivery, eg Parcelforce, DHL or Interlink Express. This ensures the item is delivered to you within 24 - 48 hours.
We are more than willing to send items via the UK post office but insurance only covers loss of parcel but not damage. Obviously this is a more afordable option especially for lower priced items and we will always give you a range of delivery options, even using first class post (for parcels under 2 kgs).

First Class Post: This option can only be used for parcels up to 2kg in weight and is only recommended for lower value items as insurance is very limited.
EUROPE & REST OF WORLD
We prefer to use Federal Express International Priority for high value goods as they arrive within 24 hours to Europe and 48 hours to most other worldwide destinations. Also, we can offer full insurance.

To calculate the approximate cost of shipping an item, take the dimensions of the peice and add 20cms which will give you the approximate total dimensions of the box we will use.
Federal express charge by dimentional weight which is calculated as width x height x depth / 5000. Further details can be found on the Federal Expresss website.
