Art Nouveau iridescent glass vase with silver overlay decoration.
The seccionist silver decoration suggests this was overlaid in Europe (often American silver works would import glass from Europe and add then silver overlay themselves. This was mostly of a more floral design). The Sterling stamp to the silver suggest that it was then exported to the USA.
As stated this vase and the overlay is perfect. It does have areas where the silver overlay has 'dipped' into the rough surface of the glass. This can be seen in various photos.
