Magnificent and probably unique Arts & Crafts Cymric silver & James Powell of Whitefriars green glass claret jug.
Having researched this design, and other silver claret jugs by Knox we can only find one, or maybe two examples, of each. It would appear that these were made for exhibiton and then orders taken, each one being hand made.

| Condition | Perfect except for a small repair to the glass at the hinge. The silver hinge appeared to have pressed on the glass at this point and created a few minor chips. This have been polished away. see photo |
