Liberty & Co produced a number of these desk/bedside clocks in silver. A simple case with the addition of the popular blue/green enamel or turquoise. They vary in that these clocks are found with just the blue enamel face or, with two turquoise set to the lower corners and a white face. This example has everything! We don't remember seeing this variation before.
